By Registering with Abahayam Marriage   Consultancy, you represesent and warrant that have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreeement and abide the rules and regulations of Abahayam Marriage Consultancy.

• 3  Other than personally identiable, information which relates ro a living individual who can be identified from that inforamtion, any materials that you transmit will be considered non-confidential nd non-propriatary.
• 4.  You cofiram that Abahahaam Marriage Consultancy is entitled to rely on the information/particulars as indicated in the application form above and to dessiminate approriate information  to a prospective match towars assisting in he introductions of the parties.
• 5.  You are solely responsible for your interactions with the prospective match introduced by Abahayam Marriage Consultancy and Abahayam Marriage Consultancy has no obligation to monitor or set up any meetings between parties thereafter.
• 6.  Abahayam Marriage Consultancy does not represent or endore the accuracy or reliablility of any intormation given by a prospective match and the information relayed to you shall be provided on "as  in" basis as indicated by the other party on Application form. You acknowledge that any reliance upon such information or details of ther other person is at your own risk.
• 7. Abahayam Marriage Consultnacy will not be liable or responsible to you or any third person for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result ( including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, and whether in tort (including wthout limitation negligence), contract or oherwise, wathsoever in connection with the successful or uncessful introduction of a prospective match to you.
• 8. You understand that Abahayam Marriage Consultancy makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding your ulitimate compatibility with individals you meet through the service.
